As an Ambassador, you will help champion our work and strengthen our voice for children and young people who have a parent with a mental illness. You will use your influence, experience, or personal story to support our mission and help create lasting change.
We welcome Ambassadors from all walks of life, including:
- Public figures who can use their platform to raise awareness.
- Parents and carers with experience of living with mental illness.
- Adults who supported a parent with mental illness when they were younger.
AS AN OUR TIME AMBASSADOR, YOU CAN:

- Represent the voices of people with lived experience of mental illness.
- Share your story through our publications, website and social media channels.
- Speak at events to raise awareness and promote our work.
- Contribute to research by meeting with professionals and researchers.
- Support our fundraising efforts by sharing how we have supported you.
You can take part in the opportunities that feel right for you and that you’re comfortable with, there’s no pressure to join every activity.
WHAT YOU'LL GAIN AS AN AMBASSADOR:

Please note: The Ambassador role is voluntary and expenses will be reimbursed with prior agreement. You will also need to be over the age of 16 to apply.
