WHAT ARE KIDSTIME WORKSHOPS?
KidsTime Workshops are monthly group sessions for families where a parent has mental health problems. They offer a safe, supportive space for children and parents to learn, play, talk and enjoy time together without shame or blame.
WHERE DO THEY HAPPEN?
Workshops take place in familiar community settings like Children’s Centres. They’re designed to be accessible, welcoming and held in the places that feel safe and familiar.
WHO RUNS THEM?
Workshops are run by trusted local teams trained by Our Time Charity, with a consistent structure and friendly faces families can rely on.
