Rachel Bruno-Hardy is a pre and postnatal physical trainer and daughter of British boxing legend Frank Bruno. Frank has spoken openly about his battle with bipolar disorder and was diagnosed in 2004. He previously described his battle with mental illness as 'the toughest fight of my life'.
