Joe Wicks, is a TV fitness coach, lockdown phenomenon and founder of The Body Coach. In BBC One documentary Joe Wicks: Facing My Childhood, Joe confronted the challenges he faced growing up given both of his parents struggled with addiction and mental health issues, and spoke to us about the impact that his parent's illness had on him, the scale of the issue and his goal to provide more support for parents and children experiencing similar challenges.
